Duluth’s Northwood Children’s Services, Minnesota’s oldest child-caring agency (founded in 1883), is stepping in to fill a critical gap in treatment caused by this week’s closing of The Hills Youth and Family Services.
Northwood will provide day treatment for youth and families that had been served by The Hills until it discontinued those services on June 25. Programs will resume through Northwood on July 12.
