At approximately 11:37 a.m. today, the Duluth Police Department responded to a hold-up alarm at Sadi’s Smoke Shop. Sadi’s is located on the 1600 block of London Road. Police learned through the alarm company that there was a robbery in progress. Once on scene, the suspect had fled north of the business on foot. The suspect was reported to have used a handgun during the robbery, and was reported to having obtained an undisclosed amount of cash.
